FAQ

Additional resources:

I am returning applicant, what can I apply for?
You are eligible for projects that you were not previously awarded. Unsure? Please ask Maichee at [email protected]
Do I have to send a report once I complete my project?
No, there is no report for you to complete, just an exit survey.
What if I cannot make it to one of the events?
Please arrange for someone from your workplace to attend. It is required to attend. Absence may result in losing experience and chances to successfully complete the grant.
What if I leave my workplace in the middle of the year?
We require each workplace to have a second point of contact, and they can pick up where you left off.
What do I do if there is still money left after spending on the project?
Please let us know and we can advise what expenses are allowable. If you are still having troubles, please contact Maichee at [email protected].
Do I have to turn in receipts?
Yes, receipts are required to turn in. You will be expected to turn in a project budget plan of how you plan to use the funds. There are examples on our website of a project budget plan and how easy it is.
I need help creating my policies, are there examples?
Yes! We have plenty of examples available on our web page at stpaulchamber.com/workplacewellness.html
What if I am not able to complete my project before the end of the award cycle?
Please connect with Maichee immediately if any circumstances relating to your project changes. If you are not able to successfully complete your project after receiving funding, this will require you to refund the award back to SPAC.
