DEI Collaborative

Today’s leaders face a unique challenge – the future diversity of the workforce and competition for talent. Recruiting, retaining, and engaging employees for the benefit of your organization and community has become increasingly more complicated. To succeed, current and future leaders must possess the essential skills, awareness and network required to lead their organization in advancing a culture where everyone feels like they belong.

​Participating in this six-part, in-person cohort experience gives leaders the opportunity to understand how their personal narratives affect their leadership styles, to think and act more systemically and to address practical situations. Not only will this improve your bottom line, but it will also enhance your organization's ability to effectively serve current and future customers.

Program Features

• Professionally facilitated cross-sector cohorts. Each cohort is limited to 12 leaders​
• Confidential environment for critical conversations about the challenges leaders face as they drive change
• Deep exploration of the identities and cultural lenses that inform leadership that enables participants to effectively drive greater diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our communities

• Network of peers committed to driving greater diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our communities
• DEI cohort participants provide real-time support as crises and other decision points arise; space to have difficult conversations about the challenges that leaders face
• Individual coaching and support with ongoing support beyond the cohort experience
• Sliding tuition scale to enable leaders from all sectors and sizes of organizations to participate
