DEI Collaborative

The DEI Collaborative transforms employer organizations to be more diverse, equitable, and inclusive by facilitating deep learning with a group of senior peer leaders. We support executives in exploring their personal identities and culture lenses, sharing successes and challenges, and identifying best practices for closing opportunity gaps and improving systems.

Program Features

• Professionally facilitated cross-sector cohorts. Each cohort is limited to 15 executive-level leaders​
• Confidential environment for critical conversations about the challenges leaders face as they drive change
• Deep exploration of the identities and cultural lenses that inform leadership that enables participants to effectively drive greater diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our communities

• Network of peers committed to driving greater diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our communities
• DEI cohorts of senior executives provide real-time support as crises and other decision points arise; space to have difficult conversations about the challenges that leaders face
• Individual coaching and support with ongoing support beyond the cohort experience
• Sliding tuition scale to enable leaders from all sectors and sizes of organizations to participate
